Lab-grown diamonds

Real diamonds — chemically and physically the same as mined diamonds — grown with intention and graded by IGI.

What is a lab-grown diamond?

A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond. It has the same chemical composition (carbon crystallized in the diamond structure), the same physical properties (hardness, brilliance, fire), and the same optical beauty as a diamond formed in the earth. The difference is origin: lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments using advanced technology, rather than mined from the ground.

At 4EVERU we work exclusively with lab-grown diamonds. We never call them natural. They are diamonds — grown for the stories you want to tell.

IGI certification

Every center stone we select is backed by an IGI (International Gemological Institute) grading report. IGI is a globally recognized gemological laboratory. An IGI report documents a diamond’s 4Cs and other characteristics so you know exactly what you’re getting — independent, transparent, and trusted.

Your finished 4EVERU piece is paired with its stone’s IGI documentation so the quality travels with you.

The 4Cs

Whether lab-grown or mined, diamonds are graded on four criteria:

Cut

How well the diamond is proportioned and faceted — the biggest driver of sparkle and brilliance.

Color

For colorless diamonds, graded from colorless to light tint. Fancy colors (pink, blue) are graded on hue and intensity.

Clarity

The presence (or absence) of internal inclusions and external blemishes, viewed under magnification.

Carat

The diamond’s weight. One carat equals 200 milligrams. Size appearance also depends on cut and shape.
